Saturday Al-Fresco Feast

During the Summer months, on Saturday evenings, enjoy yourmeal cooked by our team of chefs in our outdoor cook house.

Our menu takes inspiration from pretty much anywhere we can find it, but with A bias towards the ingredients and flavours best grilled on our BBQ. We cook over live fire because it makes food taste better. We love simple, honest cooking with loud colours and big, bold flavours. This menu is deigned to feast and is ideal for sharing.
